Dwayne Morrison

Hi, I’m Dwayne Morrison, a luxury real estate consultant based in South Florida. I help high-net-worth individuals navigate the high-end market across Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach.

 

My approach is simple: I listen closely, stay accessible, and treat every relationship like a long-term partnership. Whether it’s finding the right off-market opportunity or preparing a home for a successful sale, I focus on the details that matter and the strategies that make a difference.

 

I hold an MBA from the University of Florida, along with undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics, finance, and real estate. Together, they give me a strong analytical foundation in markets, valuation, and the financial drivers behind transactions. I’m also completing Duke University’s MS in Quantitative Management program, which I pursue outside of work to further strengthen my quantitative and data-driven skill set.

 

Professionally, I’ve developed experience in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business development - skills that translate directly into evaluating deals, understanding value drivers, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.

I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to South Florida when I was one. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me playing piano, driving along A1A, or listening to a good audiobook.
